CANCELLATION POLICY
I am eager to collaborate with you and ensure our scheduled appointment time is respected. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee, as this time could have been allocated to another client. This is reasoning a card or deposit is required, which will be applied to your service total at the end of our session. Violation of our cancellation/rescheduling policy may result in forfeiting your deposit to avoid lost revenue. However, I recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions can be made. (ex. medical emergencies, inclement weather, car troubles etc) Your prompt communication is greatly appreciated, as it enables me to effectively manage my independent business. Please be aware that services are non-refundable, but I am more than willing to make adjustments within 7 days of the initial service free of charge.
